***Deposits are NON-refundable!! If your trip is cancelled for ANY reason the trip must be rescheduled.
Deposits not used during a calender year will be carried over to the next season. The deposit can be used
on any type of trip at any time of year. Charter must give notice of cancellation with-in one month prior
to trip or the deposit will be completely forfeited.***
Open Boat Trips:
Having Trouble Filling a Charter?
If you cannot get 6 people together, please join one of our open boat trips and share the experience with some new friends. I need a 20% deposit to hold your spot. 6 passengers max per trip. These trips are first come first serve. So call or email me to make your reservation now. If we have interest in someone booking the whole boat for one of the dates below then the open boat for that date will be rescheduled or deposits will be returned. Full charters take priority over open boat trips unless all spots are sold. All prices based on 6 passengers. Check our calender for the next open boat trip. Or let me know how many people you do have and I may be able to fill the rest of the boat.

Charter Deposits
Once you have confirmed an available date with Captain John, that date will be held for 5 days until deposit is received.
Confirmation on deposits will be by email or phone when funds have been received.
IF DEPOSIT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF CONFIRMING A DATE, that date will be put back into the available dates and can be reserved by another charter, unless special arrangements have been made by the captain and person booking the trip.
